Present:     Shri Yudhvir Singh, Advocate for the complainant.

                Ops No.1 &2.

 

        Fresh power of attorney on behalf of complainant filed. Complainant has made a statement that he has effected compromise with the Ops as full and final settlement. Nothing due remains against the OPs. Therefore he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
