As per Mr. Satish Sapre,  Hon’ble President.

 Complainant and his counsel present. Heard at length. Complainant has submitted that matter is settled amicably out of court and accused has complied the order of this commission. He has no grievance against the accused. Hence, wants to withdraw present execution.

Considering the submission of complainant, joint pursis and withdrawal application accused no. 1 & 2 are acquitted U/s 27 of C.P.Act, 1986. Bail bonds if any executed stands cancelled. Case is disposed of as withdrawn.

No order as to cost.

Copy of the order shall be supplied to all the parties free of cost.
