Neel Arya appeared in person before the court and stated that “the compromise is made on 7.2.2024 and the settlement is done at the amount of Rs. 10,000/- with file charges and I am agree on that and received payment of Rs. 10000/- cash and withdrawn the same being fully satisfied.”

          Statement of complainant recorded separately. Heard. Keeping in view of the statement of complainant, complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
