The learned counsel for the OP No.2 stated at bar that parties have effected compromise and OP is ready to pay the price of the mobile hand set in question. Thereafter, learned counsel for the OP No.2 made statement in the Forum that OP No.2 is ready to pay the price of mobile handset i.e. Rs.17,500/- to the complainant within one month from today, subject to condition that complainant shall return the original bill, original job sheet, all the accessories relating to mobile handset in question and mobile set if already taken from the service station without prejudice to rights and claim of OP No.2. Thereafter, complainant made a statement that in view of statement of OP No.2, he is ready to receive the price of the mobile handset i.e. Rs.17,500/- and mobile handset is already lying with OP No.1 and in view of statement of learned counsel for the OP No.2, complaint may be disposed off.

In view of the statements of the parties referred above, the complaint is disposed off with the observation that OP No.2 shall pay Rs.17,500/- to the complainant within one month from today and complainant shall return all the accessories of the mobile handset in question and also the mobile handset if in his possession or any other article relating to the handset in question. Parties are left to bear their own cost. Copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs under rules. File be consigned to the record room.
