Present:           Complainant in person.

                        None for OPs.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for appearance of OPs. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has compromised with the OPs. Now nothing remains towards the OPs. So he does not want to pursue his present complaint and wants to withdraw the same.

                        Heard in view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
