                   File taken up today in Pre-National Lok-Adalat.  Amicable compromise has been effected between the parties vide which the complainant has received the amount of Rs.12,000/- as in cash from the OP as full and final settlement.  Statement of ld. counsel for the complainant alongwith Sh. Subhash, father of complainant, has been recorded separately in this regard. 

                 Heard.  Since the case is amicably settled in Pre-National Lok-Adalat.  So, nothing remains more to be adjudicated.  Hence, the present complaint is disposed of being compromised.  Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  File be consigned to record-room, after due compliance
