ORDER

complaint is dismissed against O.P.2 and allowed against O.P.1 as under:- O.P.1 is directed to replace by a new copier machine of a similar make and model within period of one month from the date of receipt of this order and they are entitled to receive back the defective machine from the complainant. If O.P.1 fails to do so, they are directed to refund an amount of Rs.1,34,711/- only with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of this complaint till payment. In case of such payment O.P.1 is entitled to receive back the machine. O.P.1 is directed to pay cost of Rs.1000/- to the complainant. Complainant will not be entitled to any free copies in case of new replacement, but O.P.1 should provide the normal guarantee of 6 months or 50000/- copies which ever is earlier. The complainant has to enter into proper service contract with the approved service provider by O.p.1 during such period. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.1 by RPAD and to other under COP.
