Present:-      Sh. Deepan Sharma, Advocate, for the Complainant.     

                   OP already ex-parte vide order dated 21.03.2022.

 

                   Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the Complainant. At this stage, the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that the project in question has been handed over from OP i.e. GLM Infratech Pvt. Ltd. to GLM Buyers Welfare Association by the order of RERA, and in pursuance to such order, GLM Buyers Welfare Association has taken over the possession and is taking care of the project in question; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, seeking liberty to file it afresh before the before the appropriate authority/Tribunal/Competent Court etc. in future, in case, the grievances of the Complainant are not redressed in its entirety.   

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh before the Commission/Appropriate Authority/Tribunal/Competent Court etc., in case, the grievances of the Complainant are not redressed in its entirety through GLM Buyers Welfare Association.   

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
