Complainant is present through Mr. R.K.Chaumal, Ld. Advocate. Mr. P.K.Basu and Mr. Tarun Chakraborty, Ld. Advocates appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 respectively files Vokalatnamas. Heard both sides at length. Judgement is passed as under :-
Upon hearing and considering the facts and circumstances of this case this Appeal stands disposed of upon modification of the impugned order to the extent that the complainant will pay the balance consideration money of Rs. 2.00 lakhs to the OP No. 1 on the date of execution and registration of the Deed of Conveyance of the flat in question. All other portions of the impugned order will remain as it is. The registration of the flat in question shall be completed by 31st December, 2010. With such modification the Appeal stands dismissed.
