| ORDER | 26-08-2015 - The reasons for delay in disposal of this appeal can be seen from the order sheet. Mr. R. Satender, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. Bishwnath Choudhary and Gharana Construction Pvt. Ltd. in both the case. Mr. Nipun Bakshi, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. Abhijit Sengupta and Mrs. Jhuma Sengupta in both the cases.The said parties also appear in person. The parties have filed joint complaint petition for settlement of the case on the terms and conditions mention therein. Mr. R. Satender handed over a cheque of Rs. 1,35,000/- to Mr. Abhijit Sengupta andMrs. Jhuma Sengupta, as per the settlement. Thus these two appeals stand disposed of in terms of compromise petition, which forms part of this order. Issue free copy of this order to all concerned for information and needful. | |
