Gulshan Bakshi Vs. Gera Vision etc.

CC No. No.275  of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Pankaj Verma, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Raj Kumar A.S.E. on behalf of OPs No.2 & 3.

 

                          Sh. Raj Kumar A.S.E appeared on behalf of OPs No.2 & 3 and made a statement that they have replaced the compressor of the air conditioner in question and rectified the defects vide job sheet dated 29.08.2016 and in case any problem arises in the Air Conditioner within a period of 1 year, then they will remove the same free of cost. Lastly prayed for disposal of the complaint.  

                        On the other hand, Sh. Pankaj Verma, Advocate, filed power of attorney on behalf of complainant and made a statement that he has heard and understood the statement of OPs No.2 & 3 and in view of the aforesaid statement, he withdraws the present complaint.

                       In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
