                  OP No. 1 ex parte.

                  Sh. Sumit Gupta, Adv. for the Ops No.2 & 3.

                 Ld. Counsel for both the parties stated at bar that they have reached at compromise.  Statement of both the parties recorded. As per statement of learned counsel for OPs No.2 & 3 the Ops-company will replace the washing machine with new one and if the complainant intends to purchase the higher model then he shall be bound to pay the difference amount between the new higher model of washing machine and the OPs shall deduct the cost of old washing machine of Rs.14,650/- from the cost of higher model machine. He further stated that in case the same model is not available with the company then the company is bound to give another model of the same price and complainant is bound to deposit the old machine with the OPs No.2 & 3.

          Statement of learned counsel for the complainant also recorded to the effect that in view of said statement given by counsel for Ops No.2 & 3, he withdraws the present complaint.  In view of statement of counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Both the parties shall be bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
