The Forum has directed the second opposite party for doing the next service properly particularly for insuring high mileage less not than 20.5 per Km/litter. Appellant/ complainant submitted that even now the car is not getting said mileage. Therefore impugned order of the Forum is set aside and the matter is remanded to the Forum to conduct mileage test by RTO, Pathanamthitta and if it is found that the vehicle is not getting mileage as promised by the opposite party, that is, 25.44/ per litter, Opposite parties are bound to refund the price of the vehicle . Both parties shall appear before the Forum on 30/05/2017.
