            Counsel for the OP NO.1  has filed  an application to bring on record  that the complainant has  sold his vehicle No. DL4CAD 2176 and has sought dismissal of the  complaint  by relying upon the judgment of the Hon’ble National Commission in the cases of Ramesh Vs. Scoda Auto India Pvt. Ltd, & Ors, 2019 SCC On line NCDRC, M/s Honda Cars India  Limited Vs. Jatinder Singh Madan, 2013, SCC Online NCDRC 934, Tata Motors Ltd Vs. Hazoor Maharaj  Baba Des Rajji Chela Baba Dewa Singhji, 2013 SCC Online NCDRC 883  wherein  it was held that since the complainant has sold the vehicle, the complaint is rendered infructuous.  Father of the complainant does not dispute this fact. 

Having gone through the averments made in the application, the complaint is dismissed as infructuous. File be consigned to record room.
