The matter stands settled between the parties to the complainant.

As per compromise/ settlement the ld. Counsel for OP.1 has handed over a demand draft of Rupees 50,000/- to the complainant today before this Forum and the opposite party No.1 has undertaken to pay Rupees 15,000/- by sending the same in the account No. 50058169809 of KCC bank, Bhoranj, of the complainant within 20 days from today itself. Statements to this effect recorded and placed on file.

       In view of the said compromise the opposite party No.1 is directed to send Rupees 15,000/- in the said account number of the complainant within 20 days from today itself, failing which the said amount shall bear interest at the rate of 9 % per annum from the date of filing of the complaint i.e. 10-08-2011 till the said amount is paid and will also liable to pay cost of the complaint which we assess at Rupees 5000/-. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly as having been compromised. It be consigned to the records after needful.
