Arguments heard.

This booking is for commercial purpose. Ld. AR has argued that complainant is his brother and at present he is serving in Bangalore and AR himself at present is running the said space bring his brother. Apparently, the complainant is not using the commercial shop unit for earning his own livelihood and therefore complaint case is not maintainable before this Commission.     

At this stage, AR of Complainant wants to withdraw the present matter with the liberty to file afresh in the court/Commission of appropriate jurisdiction.  Heard. Allowed.

The present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file afresh in the court/Commission of appropriate jurisdiction.

All original documents/file be returned to the complainant/AR by retaining a copy in the Commission’s record.
