COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF

THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT,1986

Present: Counsel for the complainant.

          Respondents No. 1 in person.

          Shri Joginder Kuhar, Adv. for respondent no.2.

ORDER

          Ld. Counsel for the respondent no. 2 has made a statement that they are ready to repair the mobile set of the complainant.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that in view of the statement made by ld. Counsel for the respondent no. 2, the respondent no. 2 be directed to repair the mobile set at the earliest possible and he does not want to continue with the present complaint since the matter has been compromised/settled in between the parties.

Statement of both the parties recorded.

Keeping in view the statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdraw since the matter has been compromised/settled in between both the parties. However, the respondent no. 2 is directed to repair the mobile set of the complainant and to deliver the same to the complainant within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order.       

File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
