                Complainant called absent for the whole day.  The counsel also not appeared. No other representation. It is seen from the adjudication that neither the complainant nor the counsel appeared before this Forum to proceed further for the past 9 hearings.  It clearly shows the disinterest of the complainant in the progress of the case. Therefore there is no justification to proceed further without any progress. Moreover, the counsel for the op 1 to op 3 objected for further adjournment, since the complainant is wantonly drag on the proceedings.

                        In the light of the above facts and circumstances this complaint is dismissed for default and non-prosecution. No costs.
