The complainant and his appointed advocate is present. OP remains absent. The case is fixed for judgement today. On 28/01/22 both the parties to this consumer complainat filed joint petition No.18/22 informing the Commission that the dispute in between themselves has been setteled amicably outside the Commission upon an agreement jointly signed by both the parties and they prayed to dispose the matter accordingly.

Considering the petition and perusing the agreement signed by both the parties it is seen that as the consumer dispute has been amicably setteled in between the complainant and opposite party there is no need to pass any formal judgement effecting the compromise.

Hence, this consumer complainant is disposed of on compromise.
