                This complaint has been called several times since morning but the complainant has failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through his counsel up to 2.00 PM. Neither the complainant has filed correct address of the respondent No.2 & 3 in terms of order dated 31.5.2017. Further wait is unjustified. The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance by the complainant.  Record be consigned to the records.
