ORDER:

                     At the stage Decree Holder made statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties/JDs. In view of compromise, he has received a cheque no.021805 dated 16.12.2016  from the Judgment Debtors in compliance of the order under execution. Now nothing is due against them. In view of that he wants to withdraw the execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

2.                 In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
