CC No.105 of 2018.

Gian Chand vs. M/s Garg Electricals.

 

Present:      Sh.Himanshu, Adv. For complainant.

                   Miss Rakhi Verma, Adv. For respondentse.

             

                  Parties have entered into amicable settlement for which the statements of counsel for the parties recorded.  

                In view of the statement of the counsel for the parties the respondents are ordered to replace the AC of the complainant with new one within a period of 60 days from today and the complainant will deposit his old AC with the respondent against proper receipt as soon as possible but not exceeding 15 days from today. In case, respondents will not replace the AC of the complainant with new one within a period of 60 days on deposit of old AC by the complainant within 15 days from today then the respondents apart from replacement of AC of the complainant with new one shall be liable for penalty as envisaged under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act-1986. 

                Resultantly, complaint filed by the complainant become infructuous and is dismissed as such.  File be consigned to the records.
