          This complaint is filed on 10.02.2016 through Advocate, since then, complainant remained absent.  If we perused the proceedings of the case, although OP files affidavit evidence and marked the documents, complainant has failed to participate in the proceedings.  In such circumstances, we did not find any grounds to keep this matter at the same stage. Accordingly dismiss this complaint for default and non-prosecution.
