The complaint is partly allowed. OPs.1 to 9 shall jointly and severally pay Rs.20,000/- together with interest thereon at 9% p.a. from         20-08-1993 to the complainant till date of payment and Rs.500/- towards the costs of proceedings within one month from the date of communication of this order.  The rest of the claims of the complainant are disallowed.
