ORDER

Present:-       Ms. Swapna Ld. Counsel for Complainant

 

The matter was earlier fixed for clarification w.r.t. the pecuniary jurisdiction as the value of the compensation subject matter exceeded the pecuniary jurisdiction of Rs. 50 Lakh. The Counsel for complainant concedes to the legal proposition and submits that the necessary order be passed. Accordingly the complaint is ordered to be returned to the complainant with liberty to file the same before the Commission of appropriate jurisdiction. The complete file alongwith all original documents be returned to the complainant and one copy of the complaint/set of document be retained.

The documents so retained be consigned to record room.
