Statement of Sh.Tarsem Singh son of Sh.Balbir Singh, DH recorded that he has handed over the Original R.C. to the JD No.1 and received a new Aviator from the JD No.1 and he has already received a Cheque bearing No.537022 dated 04.08.2017 for Rs.10,350/- from the JD No.1. So the present execution application may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.

In view of the statement suffered by the DH in Person, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
