                                      Case called several times since morning. Neither anyone appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Perusal of the file reveals that complainant has already availed  thirty two effective opportunities for issuing notice to opposite parties and it presumes that the complainant has not interested to pursue his case. It is already 4:15 p.m.  No more wait is justified. Hence, the complaint filed by the complainant is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room.
