ORDER

Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents not filed.

At the time of arguments, we have noticed that the matter was not so complicated that it was not possible for the Forum to decide it at its own level. Faced with the situation, Counsel for the parties state that let the order be set aside and the matter be remitted to the concerned Forum to decide it a-fresh, after noting documentary evidence on record.

                   Ordered accordingly.

The parties are free to place on record any other document within three weeks from the date when the case is fixed before the Forum.

Let the matter be fixed before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh on 27.07.2018.

Certified copy of this order alongwith original record of the Forum be sent to the concerned Forum immediately.

Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
