                        In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant would be at liberty to file afresh execution application after the decision of FA No. 505 of 2009 or as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble State Commission, if need be.

                        The certificate issued to the District Collector, Chandigarh under Section 25(3) of the C.P.Act is hereby cancelled and be called back.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
