                        Counsel for OP has submitted cheque of Rs.64,500/- dated 20.1.2010 as per the order of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 18.1.2010. The cheque be deposited in the bank account of the Forum.

                        In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant would be at liberty to file afresh execution application after the decision of FA No. 505 of 2009 or as & when the stay order is vacated by the Hon’ble State Commission, if need be.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
