1. Sunil son of Sh. Ram Niwas aged 29 years resident of Village Kharak Pandwa Tehsil Kalayat, District Kaithal.

1. M/s Friends Automobile near PWD Rest House, Narwana Road Kalayat Tehsil Kalayat District Kaithal through its authorized signatory/MD (Authorized dealer)
2. Khatkar automobiles opposite Deep Place Safidon Road Jind District Jind through its Manager/authorized signatory (Manufacturer).

Present:     Sh. Sunil complainant in person alongwith Sh. Sandeep Sharma, Advocate.

                Sh. Jagbir Singh, Rep. for OP No. 1.

 

                File taken up in Pre National Lok Adalat on application filed by OP No. 1 on dated 24.08.2023. Sh. Jagbir Singh, Rep. for OP No. 1 i.e. M/s Friends Automobile made a statement that the matter has been settled between the parties in Pre National Lok Adalat and as per the compromise he agree to pay Rs.5000/- to the complainant Sunil within 15 days from today. 

                Complainant Sh. Sunil son of Sh. Ram Niwas made a statement that in view of the statement suffer by opposite party No. 1 i.e. M/s Friends Automobile and he accept a sum of Rs.5000/- from OP No. 1 and he will not sought the claim against OP No. 1 in future. So, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied in Pre national Lok Adalat.

Heard. In view of the statement of opposite party No. 1 and statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
