     Case file taken up today in view of the order dated 27.07.2023 passed in miscellaneous application No.39 of 2023 filed by complainant.

     Vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
