The record is put up for order.

 The complainant refined principle of law (2005)2 CPC 337 of national Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum .

 Perused the complainant and the documents there to. The Forum have no. jurisdiction to entertain the complainants as Per law , as all the Ops are beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum and it is not clear that cause of action arised within the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum. So we are of the view that this complainant is not entertainable in this Forum.

                                                                              ORDERED

 Hence, it is ordered.

 The case is dismissed due to lack of Jurisdiction.
