O R D E R

RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

                   As per order dated 27.09.2021 contained in letter No.1578, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

2.                Ms. Suksham Aggarwal, learned counsel for the revisionists has appeared and made a statement that she may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file afresh with the liberty to file afresh petition/application as per appropriate remedy available in the law.

3.                In pursuance of the respective statement made learned counsel for the revisionists, present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file afresh. However, limitation would not be a rider in filing the fresh petition. File be consigned to the records.
