ORDER

Advocate for complainant has filed a memo stating that complainant so far has received Rs.10,67,000/- from the J.Dr and accused is still due Rs.2,40,000/- and stated that complainant is an aged lady settled in Cochin, Kerala is unable to prosecute the case further and thereby submitted for dismissal of the petition. Advocate for accused today has tendered a cross cheque drawn in favour of the complainant for Rs.1.00 lakh. Advocate for complainant reports receipt of the same. In view of the memo field, further proceeding is closed and accused is discharged.
