Case record taken up today for hearing .complainant is absent on call. Learned Advocate for the O.P have pray for an adjournment on the ground that R.L for the O.P not collected relevant document to proceed in this case it is found that so many adjournment have been granted to adduce affidavit evidence but they have not yet adduce their evidence as prescribed under C.P Act . The ground for adjournments stated in the petition is not acceptable hence rejected. On perusal off the previous order it is found that complainant is remaining absent on the date fix for hearing its presumed that he is not interested to proceed in this case.

However,  perused the material available on the record. We found no cogent evidence to substantiate the claim of the complainant. Hence, we are up the opinion that, this complaint sans merits. Hence, dismissed against the O.P however no order as to cost.
