Matter taken up through V.C. Counsel for complainant  has filed statement of account of complainant. Further stated that complainant has got the payment of Rs. 29,94,272/- in support of which statement of account and screen shots of SMS acknowledged the same has been sent by counsel for complainant through whatsapp. Print out of the documents sent by counsel for complainant placed on record.

Accordingly, complainant is allowed to withdraw the matter.
