Opp.party     No-1   is   present   through   ld.  counsel.  Today   has  been   fixed   for  necessary  order    on  the    petition   no-  3819/23  filed   by  the  O.P.  No-1   to  dismiss    the   case   for  default   of  the   complainant. 

We   have    gone    through   the   record   of  the   case  and   found   that   complainant   was   absent   on  20/10/22,  9/12/22   as  well   as   on  all   the   dates   in  the   year   2023.

We  are  of  the   view   that   complainant  is  not   interested   to   proceed   with   his  case   and  accordingly  , case   is  dismissed   for  default.
