                        In view of the statement made by counsel for the complainant/DH, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant would be at liberty to file afresh execution application as & when the stay order is vacated or after the decision of Company Petition No.162 of 2006 pending before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court.

                        The certificate issued to the Collector concerned under Section 25(3) of the C.P.Act is hereby cancelled and be called back. The Misc.Application No.5 of 2010 filed by OP No.1 & 2 stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
