ORDER

     Perusal of the record indicates that complainant has not appeared on the last two dates of hearing. Today also neither complainant nor his counsel has turned up. OP No.2 could not be served for want of correct address. So, the complainant was directed to furnish the correct address of OP No.2, but he has not turned up to pursue his case, nor furnished correct address of OP No.2. Repeated non appearance and non compliance of the order of this commission shows that complainant is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
