Put up today in National Lok Adalat.

Sh. Diwas Subba, learned counsel for the complainant has appeared and has stated that the complainants have obtained the possession of the flat in dispute.  He further contended that his clients have also received a payment of Rs. 1,54,635/- (Rs. One Lakh Fifty Four Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Five only) from the opposite party, now there is no dispute between the parties and the same noting is made in the withdrawal application (paper No. 259).

As the complainants do not want to contest further this case and they want to withdraw the consumer complaint. None has appeared for opposite parties’ inspite of direction / orders of the Commission.

In the interest of justice, the withdrawal application bearing paper No. 257 to 259 is hereby allowed and the consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

File be consigned.
