                   Mr. Parveen Gupta, learned counsel for the complainants has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties and possession of the flat has been given to the complaint. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In view of the statement suffered by Mr. Parveen Gupta, learned counsel for the complainants, the present complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
