2.      This application by the applicant/complainant is for the execution of the order  dated 17.04.2014, which according to the applicant, has not been complied with by the respondents/opposite parties, though the period for the compliance thereof has already expired.

3.      Sh. Sanjeev Sharma, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondents and handed over Cashier’s Order for Rs.30,80,465/- to the applicant, who is present in person, and the copy thereof has been placed on record. The order, thus, stands complied with. The application is disposed of accordingly.
