2. Voltas Limited TMD, having its registered office at A-43, Mathura road, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi.
3. M/s Pal refrigerator basant vihar, tikri kailash road, near I.T. I. Chowk, Karnal through its Proprietor/Partner.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Ashwani Kumar Popli, counsel for the complainant.

                Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-2.

                OPs-1 & 3 exparte vide order dated 13.07.2022.

                 

                Today the case is fixed for filing the written version and power of attorney on behalf of the OP-2. Neither written version nor power of attorney filed.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the OP-2 suffered his separate statement to the effect that the OP-2 is ready to replace the unit within 30 days from the date of receipt order, subject to deposit the old unit with the opposite party.

      Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to effect that, in view of the statement of learned counsel for the OP-2, he does not want to pursue the complaint in further and withdraw the same.

             In view of statement of learned counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
