                                                            ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by counsel for the parties is reproduced as under:-               

“Statement of Sh.Virender Mishra, Zonal Service Incharge/Rep. of OP-4

The matter has been settled between the parties. The old handset in question has been replaced with a new set, of the same model with fresh warranty of one year from today i.e. 31.12.2010.

 

Statement of Sh. R.C. Sharma, Advocate alongwith Sh. Manish Joshi, Complainant in person.

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Virender Mishra, Zonal Service Incharge/Rep. of OP-4. Now, nothing is pending towards the OPs. The complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn”.

             

 

2.                     The respective parties shall remain bound by their statements.

3.                     In view of the above statement of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
