ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission. 

     Today the learned counsel for complainants has stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the same with better particulars on the same cause of action. He has also sent an e-mail to this effect which is placed on the file. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars on the same cause of action, as permissible under the law. Additional sets of complaint be returned to the complainants after retaining first set.  

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the complainants free of cost. The file be consigned.
