The complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OPs have given a cheque dated 29/08/2016 of Rs. 2,60,000/- and have assured that the said cheque would be encashed, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the same. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as having been compromised. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
