                        Sh.Hardev Singh Bajwa, Proprietor/Representative of OP.

                                                            ORDER

                        The Assistant Collector, Grade-I, U.T. Chandigarh had recovered an amount Rs.20,000/- from OP as arrears of land revenue and sent draft in favour of complainant. In view of that, notice was issued to complainant and the case was taken up today.

                        Sh.Kulbir Pahwa, Director of complainant has appeared and received draft of Rs.20,000/- towards full & final settlement and made statement for withdrawal of the execution application as fully satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties as well as Assistant Collector, Grade-I, U.T. Chandigarh. The file be consigned.
