COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Before:                       Mr.Dharam Pal, President.

      Mrs.Anita Kapoor, Member.

 

Present:          Complainant in person.

                        Ops already ex-parte.

                       

                                     Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised with the Ops. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, it is clear that the compromise has been made out. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
