Order by:-  Smt. Neena Sandhu, President.

Assistant of this Commission has reported that notice for publication issued against the OP had been received by the counsel for the complainant. However, today none has appeared on behalf of the complainant to apprise this Commission as to whether the notice has been published in the newspaper or not. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that many opportunities have already been availed by the complainant for service of notice upon the OP through publication but till today, he has failed to get the notice of the OP published in the newspaper. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint case. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.

Pronounced: 11.04.2023.
